On March 19th, 2007 OJSC “Yenisei Territorial Generation Company (ÒGC-13)” shares were included in the List of securities admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System Stock Exchange”. Ordinary registered shares were included in the list “Securities admitted to circulation, but not included in quotation lists”.On March 27th, 2007 OJSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” ordinary registered shares were admitted to trading in Classic and "RTS" Stock Exchange markets.
Ordinary registered shares of OJSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” were assigned the following codes:

• on the Exchange market - TGKMG.
On April 9th, 2007 OJSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13) shares (additional issues) were included in the List of unlisted securities of “MICEX SE”.
On April 11th, 2007 - trading in ordinary registered shares (additional issues) of OJSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” at “MICEX Stock Exchange” started.

On August 16th 2007 the Federal service on financial markets of Russia registered an additional issue of securities of ÎJSC «Yeniseiskaya TGK (TGK-13)» joint-stock company, the issue was assigned the state registration number: 1-01-55093-E-004D.
On October 4, 2007, the Directorate of OJSC FB MMVB passed the resolution on inclusion of shares of OJSC “Yenisey TGC (TGC-13)” (state registration number 1-01-55093Å as of August 30, 2005) in Quoted List “B”.
On October 5, 2007, following the resolution of the Deputy Chairman of Board of Open Joint Stock Company “Russian Trading System” Stock Exchange shares of OJSC “Yenisey TGC ( TGC-13)” (state registration number 1-01-55093Å as of August 30, 2005) were included in the Quoted List “B”. On October 17, 2007, the Company’s ordinary shares were admitted for the bidding in the Quoted list “B”.
On December 13, 2007, the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia registered a report on the results of the additional share issue (state registration number: 1-01-55093-E-004D).
On December 27, 2007, the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia registered the issue of securities of OJSC “Yenisey TGC (TGC-13)”, state registration number: 1-02-55093-E.
On January 11, 2008 the conversion took place by splitting ordinary shares of OJSC “Yenisey TGC ( TGC-13)”, state registration number.
Splitting coefficient:
One ordinary share of OJSC “Yenisey TGC (TGC-13)” of par value RUR 226.42 (two hundred and twenty six point forty two) each was converted into 22,642 (Twenty two thousand six hundred and forty two) ordinary shares of OJSC “Yenisey TGC (TGC-13)” of par value RUR 0.01 (zero point zero one) each.
On January 22, 2008 the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia registered a report on the results of the additional share issue (state registration number: 1-02-55093-E).
On January 29, 2008, the Decision of the Chairman of the Board of Open Joint Stock Company “Russian Trading System” Stock Exchange approved the Changes No.106 to the Securities list admitted to trading and entered into force on February 1, 2008 and determining:
- exclusion out of the Quotation list “B” of ordinary registered shares of OJSC “Yenisey TGC ( TGC-13)” (state registration number of the issue - 1-01-55093-Å as of August 30, 2005);
- inclusion to the quotation list “B” of ordinary registered shares of OJSC “Yenisey TGC ( TGC-13)” (state registration number of the issue - 1-02-55093-Å as of December 27, 2007);
On February 4, 2008 they began the trading by the shares of the company in the Quotation list “B” at the Stock and Classical market of OJSC RTS.
On February 8, 2008 the Directorate of MICEX Stock Exchange took the following decisions:
- on exclusion out of the Quotation list “B” of ordinary shares of OJSC “Yenisey TGC ( TGC-13)” (state registration number of the issue – 1-01-55093-Å as of August 30, 2005)
- inclusion to the quotation list “B” of ordinary registered shares of OJSC “Yenisey TGC ( TGC-13)” (state registration number of the issue - 1-02-55093-Å as of December 27, 2007);
On February 21, 2008 the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia registered the additional issue and the securities prospectus of OJSC “Yenisey TGC ( TGC-13)” (state registration number of the issue - 1-02-55093-E-001D);
On April 18th 2008 a Notification on results of the additional issue of securities was forwarded to the Federal service on financial markets.
On April 21st 2008 ordinary shares from the additional issue of ÎJSC "Yeniseiskaya TGK (TGK-13)" (state registration number 1-02-55093-E-001D as of February 21, 2008) were put to circulation in OJSC RTS in the amount of 29,966,543,914 pieces.
On July 22, 2008 Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia annulled the individual number (code) 001D of state registration number of 1-02-55093-E-001D as of February 21, 2008 attributed to the additional issue of ordinary registered non-documented shares of OJSC “Yeniseiskaya TGK (TGK-13)".
In accordance with Order adopted July 29, 2010 by Chief Executive Officer of Open Joint-Stock Company “Russian Trading System Stock Exchange” (Order No. 98 dated July 27, 2010) Amendments No. 213 to the List of Securities Admitted to Trading at the OJSC “Russian Trading System” have been approved and entered into force July 31, 2010. These Amendments envisage:
- exclusion from the B Quotation List of registered ordinary shares with a nominal value of RUR 0.01 issued by JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” (issue registered December 27, 2007; unified state registration number of the issue 1-02-55093-Å).
- admission / transfer to the Off-List Securities Section of registered ordinary shares with a nominal value of RUR 0.01 issued by JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” (issue registered by Federal Financial Markets Service of the Russian Federation December 27, 2007; unified state registration number of the issue 1-02-55093-Å).
On May 12, 2011 the following decisions were taken by Directive No. 516-ð of the MICEX Stock Exchange:
- On exclusion of ordinary shares of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”(issue state registration No. 1 – 02-55093-Å dated 27.12.2007) from Section “Quotation List “Á” of the MICEX Stock Exchange” of the List of securities admitted for trading with the MICEX Stock Exchange;
- On admission of ordinary shares of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”(issue state registration No 1 – 02-55093-Å dated 27.12.2007) for trading in the course of circulation unsubject to listing procedure by way of inclusion in Section “List of Non-Listed Securities” of the List of securities eligible for trading with the MICEX Stock Exchange.
Within the framework of reorganization of Joint-Stock Company “RTS Stock Exchange” (JSC “RTS”) in the form of accession to Closed Joint-Stock Company “Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange” (CJSC “MICEX”) Amendments No. 285 to the List of Securities Admitted for Trading on JSC “RTS” were introduced by decision of Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “RTS” envisaging exclusion of the following JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” securities from the List: registered ordinary shares with a nominal value of RUB 0.01 (Section “ Securities admitted for trading without undergoing the listing procedure” of the List). The amendments have taken effect since December 19, 2011.
On 19.12.2011 the process of reorganization of JSC “RTS” and CJSC “MICEX” was completed with an entry on reorganization of a legal entity in the form of accession recorded in the Uniform state register of Legal Entities as a result. Currently, there is a united stock exchange operating i.e. Joint-Stock Company “MICEX-RTS”
