Following JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” Board of Directors’ decision of 23 December 2010, Computershare Registrar has been the registrar of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” since 21 January 2011.Computershare Registrar (known as National Registering Company until August 2010) is one of the largest registrars in Russia and part of the Computershare Group.
The company has been operating on the stock market since 1996. Computershare Registrar’s customers include both major holding groups and small issuing companies.
Since it was established, the company has been a member of the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents, and Depositories (PARTAD). Company representatives actively participate in the work of the Committee of Registrars, Committee for Standardisation and Technological Development, Committee for Collective Investment Control, Work Group for Information Disclosure.
