On June 25, 2009 the annual general shareholders meeting of Joint-Stock Company "Yenisei Territorial Generating Company (TGC-13)" took the decision concerning the transition of the authorities of the sole executive body of the Company, to the management company called Limited Liability Company "Management Company Siberian Generating Company" (Minutes as of June 25, 2009 No.1).
On September 15, 2009 the Board of Directors of JSC "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13") took the decision to approve the agreement concerning the transition of authorities of the sole executive body to the management organization. Since September 16, 2009 the authorities of the sole executive body JSC "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13") are being carried out by LLC "Management Company Siberian Generating Company".
