Main Activities

JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” main activities, in compliance with the Charter, are as follows:

• Delivery (sale) of electric power, steam and hot water (thermal power) at the established tariffs according to the electric and heat loads dispatching schedule.
• Electric power generation.
• Steam and hot water (thermal power) production.
• Reception (purchase) of electricity in the wholesale and retail electricity (power) markets
• Reception (purchase) of thermal energy from outside organizations.
• Providing of efficiency and serviceability of power equipment according to acting requirement standards, arrangement of technical maintenance, repair, adjustments, re-equipment and reconstruction of heat and electric power equipment, thermal power plants’ buildings and constructions.
• Operating of power enterprises which are not on the Company’s balance, under agreements with the owners of the power enterprises.
• Realization of thermal energy to consumers, including power sales entities.
• Creating and mastering new engineering and techniques providing efficiency, safety and ecological reliability of the industrial entities’ operation, providing conditions for the development of electric power sector of Russia, implementing branch scientific and technical, innovation programs, participating in forming of branch scientific research and experimental design funds.
• Performance of activities, defining conditions of parallel operation according to Unified power system of Russia schedules within the contract terms.
• Arrangement of power saving regimes of power stations’ equipment operation, keeping to the schedules of energy delivery in compliance with the agreements.
• Maintenance of thermal systems.
• Providing services in maintenance and repair of energy objects.
