Service territory of OJSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” — Krasnoyarsk region and Khakass Republic.

Krasnoyarsk Region is mainly located in Eastern Siberia, in the basin of the Yenisei River. The region stretches for almost 3000 km from the north to the mountainous areas of Southern Siberia. In the east, the region borders on Sakha (Yakutia) Republic and Irkutsk Region, in the south it borders on Tyva Republic and Khakass Republic, in the west it adjoins Altay Republic, Kemerovo and Tomsk Regions and also Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area. The geographic centre of Russia is situated in our region, in the vicinity of Vivi Lake (Evenkia). Krasnoyarsk Region includes Evenki and Taimyr (Dolgan-Nenets) Autonomous Areas.

Khakass Republic is situated in the south-western part of Eastern Siberia, in the left-bank part of the Yenisei river basin. It spreads over the territories of the Sayan-Altay uplands and Khakass-Minusinsk Depression. It stretches for 460 km from north to south and 200 km from west to east (in its broadest part). In the north, east and south-east, Khakassia borders on Krasnoyarsk Region, in the south it adjoins Tyva Republic; it borders on Altay Republic in the south-west and on Kemerovo Region in the west.

Krasnoyarsk Region was included in the service area of the company on 31/12/2006.

Krasnoyarsk Heat Station-1 supplies with heat over 400 thousand right river bank inhabitants of Krasnoyarsk, and also supplies major industrial enterprises of Krasnoyarsk with power and vapor.

Krasnoyarsk Heat Station-2 supplies enterprises and houses of Sverdlovsk, Central, Jeleznodorojny and Oktyabrsky districts of the city with hot water for heating and water supply.

Krasnoyarsk Heat Station-3 provides heat supply for enterprises and housing sector of left-bank mini-districts of Krasnoyarsk — “Severny”, “Vzletka”, “Zelenaya Roscha”.

Minusinsk Heat Station supplies with heat Minusinsk, settlements Ilyichevo, Shushenskoye and Tes.

Nazarovo Hydropower Station supplies power for industry, transport, agriculture and housing enterprises sector of Nazarovo. It also supplies heat to enterprises and housing of the city.

Sosnovoborsk Heat Station. The enterprise is under construction. Station is due to implementation in 2007 and will be completed only by 2010. Completed Sosnovoborsk Heat Station will become energy source for two cities at the same time: Jeleznogorsk and Sosnovoborsk.

Kansk Heat Station is the major power sourse of Kansk. It supplies with power 75% of city population and industrial enterprises.

Abakan Heat Station covers about 90% of heat needs in Abakan. It produces both heat and power.
