The competence includes issues on organization of contractual work on selling of heat power to consumers, services for heat power transmission, purchase and sale of electric power (capacity) on wholesale and retail markets; control over meeting financial liabilities of heat power consumers and electric power and capacity market subjects; participation in forming of long-term and short-term development programs of production to increase the share of the company in the heat power market of Krasnoyarsk and Khakass Republic.

In 1981 he graduated from Chita Technical University majoring in “Industrial Heat and Power Engineering”.

From 1981 to 1986 he passed a study course and a post-graduate course at Saint-Petersburg Technical University majoring in “Heat and Nuclear Power Plants”; also defended a technical sciences candidate’s thesis.

In 2004 he got a second higher education majoring in “Economics and management at energy enterprise” at Krasnoyarsk State Technical University.

Business Experience:

1986 – 1987 Chita Technical University. He worked as lecturer at the Department “Industrial Heat and Power Engineering”.

1987 – 1999 Krasnoyarsk Technical University. Senior Lecturer, then Associate Professor of the Department “Industrial Heat and Power Engineering”.

1999 – 2008 JSC “Krasnoyarskenergosbit”. Head of Municipal Group for Energy Inspection, then Head of Industrial Heat Group. More than five years he held the position of the Head of the Department for Regimes and Control.

In October 2008 he was appointed Deputy General Director for Energy Distribution at JSC “Yenisei Territorial Generating Company (TGC-13)”.
