The competence includes issues of legal support of transactions and agreements, work on claims and action, issues related to compliance of activity of the company, its branches and daughter and subsidiary entities with legislation, protection of the company interests and rights protected by law. It also includes issues on corporate governance, interaction with shareholders and investors, share capital management, organization of security issuing, transactions with shares of the company, and transactions connected with purchase or alienation of property.

In 1999 he graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University majoring in “Science of Law”

Business Experience:

1998 – 2002 JSC “Krasnoyarsk Coal Company” (Krasnoyarsk). Legal Expert of the Legal Department. Legal Expert and further Senior Legal Expert of the Department for Agreements and Claims.

2002 – 2003 Branch of OJSC “SUEC Baikal-Coal” (Krasnoyarsk). Senior Legal Expert of the Legal Department.

2003 – 2008 Branch of JSC “SCEC” in Krasnoyarsk. Head of the Department for Agreements and Claims. Then, Head of the Department for Agreements and Claims at Legal Service, Chief of the Group for Claims and Action Work of Legal Service.

In June 2008 he was appointed Director for Legal Issues at JSC “Yenisei Territorial Generating Company (TGC-13)”.

Since April 1, 2009 , he is appointed Deputy Director General in Legal Issues.
