Included in the sphere of his competence are issues of implementation of the Company policy in the sphere of production fixed assets update by way of technical re-equipment and reconstruction, modernization and capital construction, elaboration of prospective investment programs, generation of the Company annual new construction and technical re-equipment master plan, implementation of cost estimate work in the field of production fixed assets update

as well as issues of investment project economic efficiency and attractiveness calculation, carrying out work with design organizations, economic evaluation of design and survey works, organization of operational accounting for CAPEX assimilation.

In 1973, graduated from Krasnoyarsk Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Heat and Power Stations.

In 2005, graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Technical University, majoring in Enterprise Economy and Management (in Power Industry).

Awardee of the Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Energy, the Certificate of Honour of Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and badge “Honoured Power Industry Specialist”. Bearer of titles “Merited Worker of the Unified Energy System of Russia”, “Labour Veteran of JSC "Krasnoyarskenergo"”, “Merited Worker of the Fuel and Energy Complex”, “Veteran of Power Industry”.
