Development and implementation of social policy of the Company; organization of personnel labour and salary indicator recording and analysis; organization and coordination of quality management system maintenance; logistical support of administrative activities in the Company; development of corporate culture in the Company.

In 1992, she graduated from Krasnoyarsk Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals named after M.I. Kalinin.
In 2006, she graduated from High School of International Business, MBA course, in Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

2003–2005. Head of Personnel Development and Training Department in JSC “Sayanogorsk Aluminium Smelter” (Sayanogorsk).

2005–2007. HR Director in “KraMZ” Ltd. (Krasnoyarsk).

2007–2009. HR Director in JSC “Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelter Rusal” (Krasnoyarsk).

In November 2009, appointment to the position of HR Director in OJSC “Yenisei Territorial Generating Company (TGC-13)”.
