In 2003, he graduated from State University majoring in Management.
In 2005 and 2006, honorary diplomas of OAO RAO “UES of Russia” awarded.

2002–2004. Head of Certification and Training Department, further Chief Expert of Trade Regulations Section of Market Development Department in Non-commercial Organization “Administrator of Trade System of the Wholesale Power Market within the Unified Power System”.

2004–2007. Head of Reformation Methods Department, further Deputy Executive Director in Reformation and Property Administration of Business Unit 1 of RAO UES of Russia.

2007–2009. Head of “Energy of East Energy System” project in JSC “SUEK”.

In September 2009, appointment to the position of Deputy General Director for Investment, further Director for Investment Development of OJSC “Yenisei Territorial Generating Company (TGC-13)”.
