Sergey Nikolayevich Mironosetsky

General Director of Siberian Generating Company LLC

Born October 4, 1965

Graduated from Novosibirsk State University majoring in “Economic Cybernetics”. After military service and till 1994 S.N. Mironosetsky had been involved in research activities. In particular, he worked for the Industrial Enterprises Management Organization Sector of the Research Institute for Industrial Production Economy and Organization for several years.

During 1995-1996 S.N. Mironosetsky headed the Novosibirsk representative office of Rosexpertiza LLP; in 1996-1999 he was Director of the Novosibirsk branch of Unicon / MC-Consulting Group CJSC.

In 1999 Sergey Mironosetsky came to occupy the position of Deputy General Director for Finance and Economy with JSC “Kuzbassenergo”. Since the time onward professional activities of S.N. Mironosetsky has invariably been connected with major Russian energy companies.

In 2001 he became Deputy General Director - Financial Director of EuroSibEnergo LLC, in 2003 - Director for Finance and Economy of JSC “Irkutskenergo”.

2005-2011: Sergey Mironosetsky occupied the post of Deputy General Director – Director for Power Industry, Mergers and Acquisitions of JSC “SUEK”.

Since August 2009 he has additionally been General Director of Siberian Generating Company LLC.

By decision of the general shareholders meeting of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” functions of the Company’s sole executive body were transferred to LLC “Siberian Generating Company”.
